Nordic Walking @ Spafest

Join our British Nordic Walking instructors for an introduction to Nordic Walking. This full-body workout is low-impact, making it perfect for individuals of all fitness levels. The use of poles enhances stability and helps alleviate pressure on the knees, hips, and lower back.

Please be aware this walk will go outside the festival grounds through wooded area.

Children (under 18s) must be accompanied by an adult.
