Mindful Walk @ Spafest

Mindful walking offers an opportunity to clear our minds and be present in the moment. It is a simple tool we can take advantage of during short walking moments in our daily routines. Join us for a guided walking meditation. We'll guide you to focus on the simple act of walking and interacting with nature around us.

Please be aware this walk will go outside the festival grounds through wooded area.

Children (under 18s) must be accompanied by an adult.
